Thabo is a founding member of Charter, with over 20 years experience in Employer-Based Housing Solutions, training and Human Resource Management. A thought leader and advocate for empowerment through personal and professional training and education, Thabo was instrumental in pioneering a new approach that led the first tripartite alliance between employees, bank and union.
